European West Coast Swing Challenge

Compete in all 5 rounds throughout the weekend gaining points in every Round.

The points from each round and each division go into one league table which means anyone can win.

If you're at the top of league at the end of the weekend - YOU WIN £2,500

Round 1 - All Against All


Compete in an 'All European' or 'All American' style competition where anyone can draw anyone, sticking with that partner through all rounds.

1st place - 10pts
2nd place - 8pts
3rd place - 6pts
4th place - 4pts
5th place - 2pts
(All finalists 1 point)​


Round 2 - Solo Swing


All dancers learn the same 'Solo Swing' routine getting the chance to embellish and style moments within the routine. but they have to still fulfill rules within the routine.


All levels will compete against each other in a single all against all division.

1st place - 15pts
2nd place - 12pts
3rd place - 9 pts
4th place - 6pts
5th place 3pts

Round 3 - WSDC Jack n Jill


Compete in a WSDC Jack n Jill to gain WSDC points as well as points for the Challenge League table. Divisions will be separated like any other

1st place - 20pts
2nd place - 18pts
3rd place - 16pts
4th place - 14pts
5th place - 12pts
(All finalists 10 points)

normal WSDC JnJ competition.​

(3 Divisions all with same points system - i.e., All first place couples in each division get 20 points, all second place couples in each division get 18 points and so on and so on)​


Round 4 - Couples' Choreography


2 different routines will be taught for 2 separate divisions. Dancers will compete their divisions routine with different partners like a Jack n Jill. This challenges dancers to react to their partners embellishments and styling but also stick to the rules

1st place - 15pts
2nd place - 12pts
3rd place - 9pts
4th place - 6pts
5th place - 3pts
(All finalists 1 point) within the choreography.​


(2 Divisions with same points system. which means All first place couples in both divisions get 15 points, Second place couples in both divisions get 12 points and so on)​

The Ultimate Challenge

A surprise announced on Sunday Night.

Your final chance to win some points for the League Table​.
